Temple vs Strava
Strava is where the workout goes. Temple is what happens to your body between workouts.
Where each one fits
Strava is a training log and a social network built around sessions. Temple is not competing for that: it is about the twenty three hours around the session.
The two answer different questions. Strava answers what you did. Temple answers whether your body absorbed it, and whether tomorrow should be harder or easier.
We say what the data supports and no more. A metric we cannot defend does not ship.
Questions
- Can I use both?
- Yes, and most people should. They cover different halves: the session, and the recovery around it.
