We are a small, stubborn team of builders, designers and researchers, all pointed at one goal: helping people live longer and better. We think everyone should have the tools to take charge of their own health, not just the people who can afford a specialist.
Everyone here uses what we ship, every day, on their own body. That keeps us honest. We move quickly, argue about details in public, and take the accuracy of a number seriously because someone is going to make a decision with it.

Health data is already complicated enough. Our job is to remove a step, not to add a dashboard.

Small team, short loops. We would rather ship it this week and learn than argue about it for a month.
Rigour
We say what the data supports and no more. A number we cannot defend does not go in the product.
Built in Palo Alto
We work in the same room most days, because the fastest way to settle a question is to turn around and ask it. Some roles are open to remote, and they say so.
