We are on a mission to extend the universal healthspan
Health is not something that happens to you
For most of human history, health was personal and communal. People read their own bodies, and the people around them helped. It was not a service you bought. It was part of how a day was lived.
Then medicine got extraordinarily good, and extraordinarily complex. Germ theory, vaccines, antibiotics, surgery: genuine miracles, and none of them things you could work out for yourself. Somewhere in that trade we started treating the body as a machine that only a specialist could read.
That trade made sense for acute illness. It made much less sense for the slow stuff. The things that decide how the second half of your life goes are not emergencies. They are sleep, movement, food, stress and recovery, measured over years, in a body only you are in every day.
So we are not trying to replace your doctor. We are trying to give you back the part of your health that was always yours to hold.
Temple takes what your wearables, your phone and your bloodwork already record, and turns it into something you can act on: a baseline that is yours rather than a population average, a change you can see, and an experiment you can run on yourself to find out whether a habit actually does anything for you.
We hold ourselves to one rule above the others. We say what the data supports, and no more. A number we cannot defend does not go in the product, because someone is going to make a decision with it.
