(“Temple.AM,” “we,” or “us”), including the Gaia Report, our websites (collectively, the “Website”), the Gaia application, and any other services we offer (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Service Description

The Gaia Report is a one-time, AI-powered analysis of your personal health data. Using data from wearable devices and health platforms (such as Oura, Apple Health, Garmin, and Whoop), we generate a personalized report that identifies patterns, long-term trends, and actionable insights about your sleep, energy, activity, and recovery.

The Gaia Report is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, medical advice, or a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment and Refunds

The Gaia Report is a one-time purchase priced at $99 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Because the Gaia Report is a digital product delivered upon processing, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Your Data

To generate your Gaia Report, you authorize us to access and process the health data you provide or connect through third-party integrations. You retain ownership of your data. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your information is described in our Privacy Notice.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to us. Do not submit data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, and software associated with the Services are the property of Temple AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without our prior written consent.

Your Gaia Report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Disclaimers

The Services and the Gaia Report are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

The Gaia Report is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health, fitness, or wellness routine. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information in your report.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temple AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Gaia Report.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
